Today, a delegation of teachers from the School of Henan University of Animal Husbandry and Economy visited Zhengzhou Bridge Biochem Co., Ltd., to carry out a graduate follow-up visit and school–enterprise exchange activity.
Accompanied by the company’s management, the teachers toured the office and production areas, gaining an understanding of the company’s development history, business layout, and industry advantages. Afterwards, both sides held a cordial and friendly discussion. The company highly praised the professional competence and work performance of the school’s graduates, while the teachers carefully listened to the company’s suggestions regarding talent cultivation. In addition, both parties conducted in-depth discussions on school–enterprise cooperation, order-based training programs, and the establishment of internship bases.
This visit and exchange not only built a regular communication bridge between the school and the enterprise, but also provided important references for optimizing the talent training program and improving graduate employment quality, further promoting mutual benefit and common development between both sides.
